Merge main into the SvelteKit pages

Social cards, OAuth, private repositories and clone help come across to
the JSON data layer and the app: each page names its card and what it
says of itself, drawn into its head by the app; the profile marks
private repositories; the feed leaves out what owners hide or block, as
hide records replace the gate. Cards use the Octicons the pages do, and
the closed colours. They are shot from a live world, as knotless-serve
draws them; the pages, from fixtures recorded again.
