Renames ### Over HTTP, for claude.ai to ### Over HTTP, for remote MCP clients.

Nothing about /mcp is claude.ai-specific. It's standard MCP authorization (RFC 7591 registration, PKCE S256), and the sign-in page already shows whatever client_name the client registered with. claude.ai stays in the body as an example.
